If you are trying to find ways to recognize and reward team members and programs that go above and beyond the standard, consider an ALFA nomination. ALFA, which stands for the Assisted Living Federation of America, has extended the deadline for nominations to January 10th.
Here is the scoop straight from ALFA…
- The Best of the Best Awards recognizes “products, services and programs advancing excellence in senior living. Broad topical categories allow for both Provider and Allied Member company submissions.The 10 highest scoring nominations will be deemed the Best of the Best, regardless of category. Winning programs will be featured in the May/June Senior Living Executive.” Nominate your programs at alfa.org/best.
- The Community Leadership Award honors “one exemplary Executive Director with the third annual Senior Living Community Leadership Award.” Nominate your company’s outstanding executive director or administrator at alfa.org/leader.
- The Hero Awards honor “individuals who are ideal representatives of the hundreds of thousands of people serving in senior living communities. Heroes are representative of the heart, soul and values of resident-centered senior living. For the first time, Hero Award recipients will be determined by a public vote among the top nominees.” Video nominations will be accepted this year. Nominate your most community team members at alfa.org/hero.
